eRecalled is more than a product recall notification service. We provide our customers access to a number of tools that assist them in sifting through all of the product recalls that happen each and every year. Instead of receiving an email every time a product recall takes place you can set up filters to ensure you are only notified of recalls that you are interested in. We also provide tracking of specific products that you may own so you never have to wonder if that product has been recalled. Additionally, there is a means to keep track of any product warranties you may have. Forget trying to remember the dates; what day you purchased a product, when will the warranties expire, let eRecalled keep track of all of that for you.

eRecalled site design?
The page layout is designed in such a way as to provide users the greatest amount of information in the most efficient manner possible. The site can be broken down into six areas:
  • Header - This section contains the eRecalled banner, site login tools, and login status notifications.
  • Primary Navigation - This section contains links to the functional areas most used by visitors to the site. The content associated with these functions loads in the Guest Console.
  • Most Recent Recalls - This section provides links to view the eight most recent recalls in their entirety, an image associated with the product and a brief description of the recall.
  • Guest Console - The majority of eRecalled's site content loads in this section.
  • Statistics - This section is where a person can see, at a glance, the number of recalls that people have been informed about. It shows the total number of recalls per month for the last 4 months as well as a running tally of all recalls from the beginning of the year.
  • Footer - This section provides users links to important site information (Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Help, and Contact Us). Their information is loaded into the Guest Console. Additionally, this section contains Copyright and site affiliation information.
 
What is the difference between the three membership types?
  • Customer Membership - A customer membership provides users unrestricted access to all of the tools eRecalled has to offer (with the exception of those provided to Corporate and Media partners). A user can track unlimited products with the Product Tracker, receive notification of recalls based on selected Target Tracking categories, manage unlimited Product Warranties, and stay informed of all major recalls whenever they occur. The membership lasts for one year from the date joined unless the membership is renewed.
  • Corporate Partnership - Partnering with eRecalled affords a company the opportunity to ensure their customers safety in the quickest and most efficient means possible. eRecalled aids its corporate partners by keeping their consumers informed of any recalls or concerns associated with their products.
  • Media Relations - This service provides the media direct notification of product recall information at all times. eRecalled also assists its media partners by providing them recall related statistics and research information to help them in their reporting of recalls.
